EMMANUEL MOODY

Professional speed coach Emmanuel Moody, started for USC Trojan's Pete Carroll, and Urban Meyer's 2008 National Championship team the Florida Gators.

 

He spent a short time in the NFL with the Buffalo Bills, and began speed coaching professional, college, and high school athletes in Dallas, TX of 2011. He was clocked at a 4.27 at the CFL Winnipeg workout, which a large portion was self-taught through years of studying sports science and bio-mechanics.

In Coach Moody's early years he learned the art of performance under legendary Olympic gold-medalist speed expert Ken Matsuda - the former USC head track coach and Olympic sprint coach who has helped develop Muhammad Ali, Herschel Walker, Florence Joyner, Liu Xiang and countless legends.

 

Emmanuel Moody's in-depth knowledge and years of experience in sprint bio-mechanics and sports science has empowered him to create his own unique drills, and exercises, and highly effective teaching methods.
